The rooms are spacious and modern, with a safe and a balcony. the location is fantastic, right next to a hill, offering beautiful views of the bay from the large terrace. There are many options for dining nearby and convenient access to tourist agencies for island trips.

contructive criticism... the jacuzzie in room 315 didn't work and we asked the reception twice.. we gave up....i suppose it could be an advantage if the staff learnt more english if it's meant to be a tourist resort, a lot of times we felt that the communication wasn't really happening. and not as clean as say hear, but i'm not sure indonesian in general scrub tiles..... but over all, great view, loved the design, oh and the aerial appeared to have blown out on a stormy night and we lost global tv ..... garden great. indonesian in general are very pleasing and pleasant people.. local maps on arrival would be good .

The pool is nice. Only a little bit old. But with nice staffs, great location & clean rooms, it's nice to stay.

The room was dirty, old, poor facillities with a cold shower. The rate for the room is to high in comparison for what you get.

The breakfast was enjoyable, and the room was spotlessly clean with a balcony.

The loacation and the overall layout of the resort with the units set in steps higher up the hill giving great views of the ocean from the balconies. I would give this place a 3 out of 10 mainly because of the location and overall layout, although I could never go back there not being able to sleep.
The units themselves are a planning disaster with no windows onto the balconies. Instead the windows are on the footpath (uphill) side of the units next to the front doors. Security lights blaze through the thin curtains all night long. If your the sort of person that likes to sleep in broad daylight then this is the place for you. As far as I'm concerned a holiday without sleep is no holiday at all.

Our family like stayed in Puri Bunga Cottage, because the cottage very closed to the beach. The cottage is not too far from the airport n easier to find many art shops n restaurant . When We would like to find the boat for fishing , the driver from that cottage, gave us the suggiestion and helping us to found the boat.We stayed in that cottage during 3 nights. We went to the Senggigi beach (the location is very closed to the cottage), in the afternoon and We were dinner in the restaurant in front of the cottage. We got satisfied for the good taste of the food in that restaurant..
When We arrived in that cottage (at 9 pm), the receptionist of the cottage said that the suite room that already booked by us from the Booked.net already sold. The receptionist said that they would be changed the room with the deluxe room with extra bed. We were disappointed when listened that news.. I complaint the receptionist for the bad serviced, because when I booked the cottage from the internet, our requestment for suite room was available... We would like suggest for Booked.net for give the good information about the detailed of the cottage. For example: the location of the room/cottage has a 25 m or 50 m or on the hill or closed to the pools, etc. We think that is very importuning especially for us, because my husband has already surgery of the heart attack , and he was difficult to climb the hills (is too far from the receptionist).

I had a wonderful view of the ocean from my high-up room at Puri Bunga Beach Cottages. The pool area was also great for relaxing. The breakfast provided was delicious.

Yes, I did like my stay at Puri Bunga Cottages. I felt the premises where very well maintained, very clean and was impressed with the condition of bath towels and pool towels. Often I have found these to be wanting in alot of similar hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the only drawback for some people might be the steps, but I found the view very rewarding. This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities and quality local furnishings. The hotel's location on a hill overlooking the ocean provides guests with breathtaking views, especially during sunset. Additionally, the staff provides attentive service and the breakfast, which includes various egg options, is provided and served in a satisfactory manner.
Everything was satisfactory and there were no major issues.

The view over Senggigi Bay. Spacious room.
A long walk up with many steps. Rathet unpersonnel, sometimes inadequate staff

The location in a great area was particularly good and there were a night market and a market nearby. The rooms were neat, with an electric kettle, climate control, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, exceptionally comfortable bed.
